I remember in XC I finished at finals and there were two people on each side of me throwing their guts out and the rest on the floor crying/dying. And every race I finish I feel so close to throwing up.
Bunch of white women they didn't train
I wonder what the weather was like that day, if it was super humid that day this would be fairly common after a 3 mile run
This is what my races were like. I remember at finals TWO people behind we were barfing and not one person was not on the ground dying, if you were standing, no one would’ve known what to say then cause everyone was on the floor dying or barfing
Why did I click on this. I thought there was a fight, this isn’t drama 😂
Every girl after every race
Your right that is the point of this sport. They probably worked there rear ends off all the way to the finish line
+Bestmode 38 neither, a majority do it for attention in the races I run in.
Did they not hydrate or something or was it that because they ran so hard
+Bestmode 38 well in my section, every girl dramatically falls at the end of the race
Collin Coyle What happened to the girls, I am just curios if you could let me know that would be awesome.
I’ve seen elite Hs boys and girls run down south in extreme heat during summer training and races and not did I once witness such moaning and drama in a finish line?! Not to say these racers are not pushing but in terms of coaching and whatever the hell they do a week prior to racing I’ve done 5ks and 10ks with my team and we never had a case of someone crying in pain, and we had won several meets pushing as hard as we can but never to the brink of crying. A lot of this happens because either A the girls took off extremely fast and gassed out somewhere half way and used and exhausted the body’s energy reserves to the point your body starts using anything it can to survive and keep your heart going, or B these atheletes compeltely sat around and BSed the week of competition one thing I learned in cross country is to never take ur week of racing “Chilled out” always do some light strides and jogs/ stay hydrated. I guaranteed a lot of these girls slacked that discipline and it resulted in them collapsing like that. A 5k isn’t even all that bad a 10k plus is a real gut puncher
That poor lady did so well just like the same pain I felt at the end of my first Brighton marathon ever just goes to show how we don’t know how to race first time tales practice it happens to many it’s no disgrace know what it feel like.
Nothing dramatic about this.
I ran high school cross country at Van Cortland Park for four years. Never saw anything like this
Charlie Bruno It actually is normal to be collapsed after the finish line after a 5k. If you are not collapsed onto the ground, then you did not run hard enough. It does not matter how well you hydrate, you will always feel that pain threshold.
Stupid beyond belief.
They say that sport is good for your health...
no matter what shape you are in .. if you push yourself long enough, hard enough, your brain will shut down your body to save it's basic life sustaining functions ..
Mark Walters What happened to these girls, it would be awesome if you can reply back to me
And then the girl at 1:17 who's like That Was So Worth It
I miss Xcouuntry invitationals so damn bad. Ahh that feeling is epic.
Shiii I know exactly this feeling after finishing a races in cross country 😩
And this is why I don't run unless I'm being chased. No Nope Nah!
At my older age and overweightness, I'm gonna try to get this feeling back again, even if I get a heart attack. I'm pretty sure the pain will be worse than I remember it. Wish me luck.
