Hi Robyn. So the felt applicator that comes with the Ranger tool comes with a lot of refills. So no, I do not reuse the felt bits. However, I am careful to dispose of them properly as they are soaked in alcohol and could be combustible. Don't need a fire in the craft room!!! I have seen some people use cotton balls and cotton pads for facials to mimic the same effect. I just have the tool so I figured I would share the technique. Don't be afraid to try it out.
