The flooding in Harvey is just the beginning of horrors yet to come. Black mold on carpet sheetrock and insulation, furniture, clothes shoes cause lung cancer that begins like asthma. Been there done that survived lung cancer from hurricanes damages 47 years 9 major hurricanes. I'd just sell as is and leave if it was me in that flooded place.

Hello everyone! I am leading a group of 10 young adults on a service project this May. We will be traveling for 18 days, serving different communities affected by disasters this past fall (including Dallas, Austin, and Houston). Check out our page for more information, and give us a like to receive updates! We also have a crowdfunding website if you feel compelled to donate. I could really use y'all's help to get the word out! Thanks so much! :)

Why get upset over a load of materialistic crap that can so very easily be replaced... unless of course you think you can take it with you when you pass.... seriously, your family are all together... isn't that the true blessing here... we love in such a consumer market these days... don't confuse the value of life over greed.. like a set of scales your judgment is wiltered to pick materialism as the greatest loss.. Your not Egyptian are you...

Look on the bright side, you still have a roof over your heads, and you can swim or jet ski around the house.

Big surprise....feel bad for the uber rich in the high end of town...don't show all the poor with no insurance that are screwed now. No just lets all feel bad for one of the richest neighborhoods in Houston. You people make me sick.
