Be aware of Bell mobility false statement!!!
I took 10 GB data plan and it went more than 10 GB data for the first time. I talked to one Bell customer service rep after crossing 10 GB, and the rep told the option to block automatically if data goes more than 10 GB and the rep activated the option. I requested to talk to manager to make the extra charge $0 as it went first time. However, as per rep statement one supervisor supposed to call me back in 5 business days.... after 10 business days I called Bell mobility again and asked the reason for not calling me in 5 business days. After that, one supervisor, names Hazel talked to me and surprisingly Hazel denied my earlier ph call and all in a sudden, Hazel disconnected the ph call!!!   
 I called again, another supervisor named Albert told the the different scenario... customer reps can not set up option to disconnect data if it goes more than 10 GB! I asked Albert why the rep misguided me about data disconnection but didn't get any answer. Anyway, our conversation ended up without solving the issue at all!!!
